How 29,000 people found me, softly.

Hi there Reader,

Today I felt so much gratitude I actually cried happy tears on the back of a scooter in Bali, heading to a cafe to write this diary for you.

And honestly... I feel a little nervous even sharing this, because things have grown bigger and faster than I ever imagined.

When I opened my email platform this morning, I saw 100+ new beautiful souls had joined overnight to read this email diary. 🤯

And on social media? This community has now grown to 29,000 in less than a year.

To top it off, some new students joined Her Soft Digital Empire Playbook too (so proud of you! 🩵).

I share this not to brag, but to remind you what’s possible.

Because a few years ago, I was still behind the hotel front desk, 200 euros in my bank and only dreaming of this kind of success.

So today’s diary isn’t another “3 steps to go viral” post. Nope.

When I said 29,500 people found me in just few months, don’t get me wrong, I didn’t just start my business last year.

I started YEARS ago.

And honestly, it was messy most of the time.

Before this breakthrough (aka when I was able to quit my hotel job, triple my salary, and move abroad)...

I was throwing spaghetti at the wall, chasing strategies that didn’t feel like me, and waiting for that “one viral post” to magically change my life.

Spoiler... it never did. 😕

What changed was this...

I stopped trying to build a business like everyone else on the internet.

I stopped forcing reels and video content I didn't enjoy creating.

I stopped pretending I had to be “loud” to be seen.

I stopped following toxic guru advice to post 3 times a day and burn myself out.

Instead, I chose the softer path... telling stories with emails (just like this one), writing like I was talking to my best friend, and focusing on connection, NOT algorithms.

That’s when things took off for me. 🥹

Not because I was the loudest voice in the room… but because people could see themselves in my story.

It’s kind of wild when you think about it. The very moment I stopped chasing, I started attracting.

And here’s why I’m sharing this... the exact same can happen for you.

Your audience doesn’t need you to be perfect influencer, or viral, or endlessly “interesting.”

They just need you to be REAL.
