the faceless business model ๐Ÿค”

Reader, I know it is not my usual diary day but something has been sitting in my head all morning and I need to get it out.

So many women feel like they have to become a full time internet personality just to build something online.

Like they need to be showing their face every single day, performing a version of themselves that feels completely exhausting just to think about.

I know because I thought the same thing. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I WISH someone had told me sooner that the way I was naturally building through writing, was a completely valid business model.

That there was another way.

And after the replies I got from my last diary I just could not wait until Wednesday to talk about this... โฌ‡๏ธ

One of the biggest lies about building online is that visibility has to mean constant personal exposure.

That you have to make your face the product.

But there is a huge difference between building a business and becoming a full time internet personality.

What makes people stay is never really the face, it is the storytelling, the point of view, the way you say something that makes someone think ..."she gets it. I trust her. I want more of this."

And yes, I have a personal brand. You have probably seen my face on my blog, in my email signature, maybe on my brand photos.

But I do not create video content. I do not film myself and share my whole life online, or do talking reels or any of that. ๐Ÿฅด

Twice a week I write an email. I have a blog. I have digital resources women invest in because they have been reading my words long enough to trust me.

And yet this business works. ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿผ

So, If I handed this exact same model to a woman who never wanted to show her face at all, it would work just as well.

Your email list or blog does not care what you look like. Your readers fall in love with how you think, how you write, how you make them feel.

When you build your business around your writing you get to decide exactly how visible you want to be.

Show your face when it feels right and disappear into your coziest corner of the internet when it does not.

That is the kind of business I am building, and it is the kind I want to help you build too.

And actually, I have been working on something behind the scenes for a while now that is going to show you exactly how. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Something I am SO excited about I can barely contain myself.

More next week...

"My words have the power to change my life. I just have to start writing them."

I went from hotel receptionist to writing weekly email diary entries from Bali cafes and European cobblestone streets that actually pay my bills. I show women how to turn their writing into income through their own dream blogs + email storytelling instead of performing for reel algorithms.
